  If you can take a few days to make it over to Kyoto, I recommend Gakkin at [Harizanmai](http://harizanmai.jp/) Tattoo Studio in Kyoto. I believe a few of the artists speak English, and if you check out the gallery you'll see how amazing the quality of their work is.
