Another plumber in the area (who will remain nameless) has started, but not finished the work. So far he's removed the handles, and attempted to make an upgrade. His first day here, he didn't have the parts he would need. He had emergencies on his second day. I even cut him a break, and "let" him work on Saturday. He comes on Saturday, and one of his tools is broken. He can't get a replacement till Monday. I haven't heard from him today (Monday).
