Karl took the time to explain what radon actually is and how it can affect a person's health! He further explained how the system that he installed works to mitigate that radon to a manageable level. He explained what I should do if there are any future problems with the system or if the radon levels do not lower after the alloted time. The pitch of my roof presented a minor hurdle that he easily overcame. He is obviously very skilled in your company's profession. Again, I thank you and Ace Radon for a speedy and professional installation by Karl. I definitely will recommend your company and services to family and friends! Don G Denver, CO
