As a former Economist with a passion for Real Estate, I took the leap from a successful career with a leading National Association to help others pursue this same passion. I love ‘the numbers’ and my goal is to help others make sound choices when it comes to a very big financial decision.
Born and raised in Hunt Club, over the years I developed an understanding and appreciation for the City of Ottawa. I have gained a tremendous amount knowledge and experience by working with many different buyers and sellers.
Suggestions for realtor for early 30s male looking to live in Centretown/Hintonburg/Westboro condo I know there's previous threads but I figured giving my specific information on what I'm looking for might help.
Thank you for any suggestions. I don't have many friends that can recommend anything so any information online I can find about realtors is really helpful.

I won’t shill for myself but I will for a couple of my colleagues: [Aly Pira](https://www.alypira.com/) is really knowledgeable and will hustle hard for you. Really client-first approach. Established enough to know what he’s doing but small enough to keep his focus on you, which is very important. [Pascal Garant](https://www.royallepage.ca/en/agent/ontario/ottawa/pascal-garant/60121/) is one of the newer agents at my office but he’ll be a rock star. Works his ass off and I’m sure he would for you. Source: I’m a Realtor in Ottawa.
