Hannah Listle, LMP is a Massage Therapist in Poulsbo who is passionate about helping individuals live a pain-free life, improve their sports performance, heal from injuries, and get active! She specializes in Therapeutic and Rehabilitative Massage for Sports Injuries, Personal Injury/Automobile Accidents, and chronic pain. Hannah utilizes a combination of techniques including: deep tissue, myofascial release, PNF stretching, NMT/trigger point release, heat (integrated hot stone/hot towel treatments), and circulatory massage to achieve outstanding results! Her focus is on providing individualized and intuitive treatments that will leave you feeling anew! Enhanced Life Massage is conveniently located next to Kitsap Crossfit. She accepts the major insurance plans: KPS, First Choice, Premera, and LifeWise.
