  Dr. Kasia Lindhost. http://www.smiles-for-kids.com Just outside the loop but right on 1-10 feeder so very easy to get to. We love her and her office. I wish she could be my dentist.

  You could call Dr. Kasia Lindhorst, "Smiles for Kids," over at Mem.City Med. Center on Frostwood. They will file the insurance for you. 713-461-1509 Very nice staff. Carol Farmayan
