  Peter K. wrote: Disrespectful and unprofessional. Specifically told both Terri and Charlie not to file an extension for my returns for 2017; they did so anyways. Called Charlie about it and he was dismissive and hung up on me. Wait time is also 3 hours even with an appt. Save your money and find a reputable CPA who conducts themselves with integrity.
