  Does anyone know of any charities that will build a wheelchair ramp onto a rental home? We currently rent and my 5 year old son is too big to carry up and down the steps. I injured my back pretty badly a few weeks ago picking him up and have been advised to get ramps etc for him, but insurance does not cover it and we do not have that kind of extra money. Also, we have been in this rental for 4 years and not moving anytime soon. Thanks in advance.

  ADVICE NEEDED for Dianna I am needing advice on getting an adaptive tricycle through Tricare for my special needs daughter. My daughter has a rare gene disorder (CDKL5) and is currently receiving PT, OT, ST and ABA therapy. She will be 10 in August and has outgrown a toddler tricycle and due to her low muscle tone and gait issues is unable to use a bike with training wheels. Our PT therapist recommended an adaptive tricycle but i have no idea where to start the process for getting this approved. Any recommendations?
