Does anyone know a good reliable camera repair guy in Broward, the hot shoe on my camera is loose and is not always making contact with the flash, call , text, message , thanks
Ok folks..my trusty D200 and back-up D70s are in desperate need of servicing. Where do you recommend I send them? I'm in the Tampa Florida area. Also, what is a reasonable price for a pre-owned D700 or D300?
Bob C. replied:
Are you getting the sensors cleaned or serviced. Any reputable shop can clean the sensors. If you are having them serviced, I would go to an authorized service center. According to the Nikon web site, there are two in Florida. So. Photo (Delray Beach) 2275 S. Federal Hwy., #330 Delray Beach, FL 33483 Phone: 561-272-2306 Fax: 561-272-9681 So. Try Southern Photo Technical Services. www.sp-ts.com they service most cameras, and they are in Florida. They cleaned a sensor for me recently, excellent work.
I dropped my brand new Nikon D7100 yesturday. :( No hazard warrenty. Fortunatly it works fine but has minor damage that should be an easy fix. If anyone can reccomend a company I can use to do the repair. Nikon will take forever.
