  I have always gone to Dr. Otte and I have two dental implants and have had a ton of oral surgeries. No fun at all but he is awesome and they do payment plans even if you do have insurance. http://www.aospeoria.com/

  http://www.aospeoria.com/ Had a wisdom tooth surgically extracted with Novocaine. Took about 5 minutes from first cut to final stitch. Its about $306 per tooth, insurance pending of course. Dr. Otte was my surgeon and would recommend this place.
