  I have a lot of respect for Backyard Amenities, I really like Brad.....however, I went with Scott at Ultimate Pools and spas. Incredible value for the money and he is one of the most honest and hard working people I have ever worked with. We did a pool, waterfall and spa. No job of this magnitude comes without issues, it is how these issues are dealt with on how you grade your contractor......Scott is A+++++ I would recommend to ANYONE

  We had our pool done by backyard amenities in '02 and were pleased, however, we are ready for the remodel and Brad came out to give us a quote for the job and we never heard back from him. We waited for two weeks, even after calling him back and leaving a message, he never returned our call. I will be following this post also, because we are needing a remodel!
