  As you know people have all sorts of theories on how to test for food allergies. I have a could friends who have had the Alcat test and they highly recommended the same to me. It's a blood drawn test, which is supposed to be pretty accurate. I just did it last week and am getting my results on Monday! So excited! https://www.alcat.com/
