  Looking for a veterinarian to perform euthanasia for my financially-struggling sister's cat. My sister lives in low-income housing in the Tenderloin district. Her husband is a laid-off bus tour guide and she doesn't work due to severe health issues. She has a cat that she says has been sick and she believes is dying and may be suffering. She has asked me if I know of anyplace that would be able to perform euthanasia without incurring a huge expense. I do not live in the city and do not know any other details about the cat's status, but due to their problems I am trying to help. Would anyone be able to recommend a place in San Francisco or the extended Bayarea where they could go? Insights are appreciated.
