  If you need a new opener, consider looking at [Sommer](https://www.sommer-usa.com/). I don't think many people know about them, but the cool thing is that instead of belts or chains, the motor is on the shuttle itself and runs along an electrical track. Super easy to install, maintenance-free, and QUIET. I just got my door spring replaced and the installer oiled my door hinges - I realized that was the only thing I could hear on the door, the opener is basically silent. Love it.
