  Back to School Fair at John R Harkness Center - August 12 th 9 am-2 pm. To be eligible, participants must bring the following: a picture ID, proof of Aurora address, a current paycheck or public aid card. To receive health care services, they must also bring their immunization records. Physicals and immunizations will be provided on-site in the VNA mobile clinic and complementary transportation will be provided to Aunt Martha’s clinic. Appointments can be scheduled ahead of time. Call VNA at (630) 892-4355 or Aunt Martha’s at (630) 896-7900 to schedule.

  There are no agents proper. The Visiting Nurse's Association used to have "navigators, who could help you choose the right plan. http://www.vnahealth.com/locations.cfm
