In 2012, after 20 years of ownership, Walt Bianchi sold Tri-County Chem-Dry to pursue other opportunities. After three years away from the business, he is re-opening the doors but under a new name: Tri-County Carpet Cleaning. This new name is not just a fresh start for the profitable company but also represents an improved product.

While no longer a franchise holder I maintain the same aspects that have made us so popular with the thousands of customers we have serviced since 1992: utilizing the benefits of carbonation for deep cleaning carpets in a 100% safe and effective manner with a similar low moisture, quick-drying process. All products utilized are 100% safe for kids and pets and none leave any dirt-attracting residue behind.” says Walt Bianchi, owner. “I am enjoying serving the community, once again, and providing the stellar service and professionalism that we’ve always been known for, under any name!” he continued.
