  Does anyone have any tips or leads on 1+ bdrm / Den places in the area, or maybe one that you're in that will become available for March 1st (ideal)? Or maybe a really good agent who is not a jerk? My lease ends in March and ideally I'd like to stay in my building (151 Dan Leckie) or similar location in Cityplace/Fort York. Non-negotiable: needs a parking spot included. I guess not a lot will be available yet for that time frame, a bit of chicken and egg since I need to give 2 months notice. Also another random question: those two huge buildings that went up last year across from the park, are they mostly empty? I'm trying to see what buildings are a better deal if they have a ton of empty units maybe I can get an upgraded unit for less. Any thoughts or experiences you've had in building picking or tips would be great!
