Foam N’ More, Inc. is located in Clawson, Michigan. We specialize in high density foam custom cutting to any style, or shape. We also offer a full sofa back and seat replacement service using a variety of different core options. We also specialize in outdoor seat and back cushion foam, along with foam mattresses, and foam pet beds. We also specialize in custom sewn covers that can be sewn to the shape of your foam or pillow core.Our services also include foam for sound proofing and sound deadening. We offer a large variety of acoustic foam ranging in style and color, and offer a sound deadening foam that will satisfy your quest for peace and quiet. For medical use, we offer custom cut foam for uses such as leg support wedges, back support wedges, bed foam pillows, and back relief pillows. We can also custom make a medical wedge custom to customers needs. Foam N’ More, Inc. has been providing comfort in the form of mattresses, mattress toppers, cushion replacements and custom-cut foam since 1980. We are a one stop shop for all foam needs.

However the foam is becoming hard to find, as WalMart no longer sells it online and my local stores are usually out of stock. First, is it becoming extinct? Can someone recommend another source? Second, is there a similarly priced and viable alternative? No problems with longevity so not looking for 4# boxed cores just looking for 2# in 3/8" - 1/2" thickness... Emailed foamfactory.com this morning about samples of 2.2# polyethylene and 2# cross-linked polyethylene. Any suggestions? Third, I've heard many good things about Goodwinds fiberglass as cores, no problems there but is their kitespar reliable? (I assume the epoxy-wound fiberglass tubes are known as kitespar). If you just want to build a few weapons, and not buy whole 4' x 6' sheets, I resell it in small batches (the 4 lb routed for the fiberglass cores, the 2 lb cut into blade strips).
