  Dr. Richard Ritter in Patchogue (631) 475-1224. I've had issues for years and he was the only one willing to be aggressive enough to actually just go ahead and do the surgery when everyone else wanted me to stay with PT and braces and casts. I'm seeing another DR in his office now bc Ritter doesn't take my insurance but I loved everyone I had at the practice. They have gone above and beyond with my insurance, placed phone calls to medical supply places and had things delivered for me, etc. Good people. That said, getting appointments are tough with any good DR. Call every day and ask for cancellations.
