  Facebook Friends - I need your help. Every July my upstairs AC unit goes out. The Heating and AC company we used in 2007 when we built the house has replaced the compressor and this is the last year it is under warranty. I know their is the utah lemon laws and I am considering this avenue, but also is others experience that the seer level is probably to low and it is working to hard and I should push for a trade for a net cost difference for this unit versus a higher seer level unit? Any Experiences/Recommendations Please.
