  http://www.roanokedentalcare.com/ I went here when I started having problems with my mouth earlier this year and had to get that wisdom tooth removed. Great place, the staff was super friendly, they saw me as a new patient with no problems. Had no insurance problems through them, and they were very affordable. I would recommend checking them out.
