Johnathan S. asked:Good Morning Neighbors, I am looking for a recommendation on a realtor. I would like to speak with someone who can help me determine the value of my house on the open market as-is, and determine if I should renovate certain areas or leave those alone as mine would be a good candidate for an extension and camel back. Obviously I need someone who knows the area, is generally responsive, is a competent realtor (shouldn't have to ask but we've dealt with realtors who knew less about certain sales and purchases than we do) and who understands that their initial investment in time and consideration will pay-off when we look to sell, sometime over the next 1 to 6 months depending on the what information we get.
