  Dr Chicoine at Barnes Hospital did decompression surgery for a friend of mine back in 2007 and her symptoms are gone and I hear he teaches the surgery at Washington University (i'm not sure if this is true) Make sure you ask for him because they try to put you with other Dr's. If you can make it to Chiari institute I hear they specialize in it but if that's not possible then see him. (314) 362-3577
