Slow smoked pit barbeque using a special blend of northern hardwoods for a distinct U.P. flavor. We feature, slow smoked Texas Style hand rubbed brisket and Carolina style pulled pork, For these cold winter days, nothing hits the spot quite like our black bean and brisket Chili! Stop in for a Sandwich or take home a meal for the family. We have family packs that serve from three to 12 hungry barbeque fans.
