  I am looking for someone in the medical field for advice. My friend's father is in great need of medical attention. He is 81 and suffered a stroke in 2012. He is diabetic and insulin dependent with two types of insulin. He had a carotid endarterectomy. Recently, he has had a very disruptive altered mental status. The family has tried Baker Acting, talking to the sheriff's department, consulting with an attorney and also speaking with his medical doctor. All ending in a dead end street with still no help. Any suggestions would,be greatly appreciated for this family !
