  Victoria S. wrote: This photographer, Heather Shadder, no showed for our family portraits - 25 people with my mom and stage 4 cancer diagnosis. Our last (and only) group shot all together. Talked to her for days leading up to the event including the night before and even the morning of! She said she was ON HER WAY and then cancelled 10 minutes before set time claiming she didn't feel well enough. But she didn't offer to suck it up or send her husband or a friend or show up and help us use her camera - NOTHING. So many ways this could have still worked out. She was on social media that day, so not in surgery or too sick to do that but couldn't shoot us or find a solution for 1 easy hour.....beware if you have something really important, do not trust it to her.
