  Quality Chiropractor? I goofed and posted this on r/portland so now I'm here asking y'all! I recently got on ohp/careoregon. I'm so excited because I havent had health insurance for 5 years. I have gone to two different chiropractors now and both places feel like the fast food version of chiropractics. Pop ya a couple times and send ya on your way. I currently have three dislocated ribs and have gotten no relief. Does anyone have any recommendations?

  I don't know if OHP would cover a practice in Vancouver, but I've had good experiences at [Van Chiro](https://www.vanchiro.com/). Appointments include 60 min massage pre-adjustment, and the team of massage therapists has different specialties/techniques, so very much not the fast-food version.

  Take care of yourself girl! Maybe some warm weather in the future. I know one down town Vancouver. Dr. Seth R Hutton (360)-690-0081 they do a half an hour muscle work and an adjustment for 50$.
