  Need referal please. I need a damp expert to assess and treat mould problem in 3 bed semi detached house in Dudley. The mould is mainly upstairs. I had a roofer come out and look at the tiles and guttering and loft insulation possible stopping the house from breathing. He said nothing is wrong. Then I had an electrician see if I have to put in more extractor fans, he said that the ones in the bathroom and kitchen are adequate. They both concluded that it is the tenant lifestyle that is causing the mould. I find that hard to believe so I need a second opinion. Updated post based on suggestions below... I found the drimaster heat on i-sells.co.uk for £313. I would need an electrician to fit. Anyone purchased from this supplier. I am cautious about Chinese knockoffs. Nuair site doesn't give prices and their customer service is shut till after the new year.
