The 3 people I've called must be rich, I've been waiting 2 months for a written bid for my banker. I also will need a professional builder who can give me a written bid for a 20x30 open pole barn on 8ft. pillars . I understand it's the end of the year but would love to get things rolling after the holidays are over. My banker will not put funds in my account without those written bids.
