We just found this dog at the intersection of Fowler and Coniglio Dr, (near the Big Top Flea Market) he is extremely skinny with sores all over him. He was just laying on the road. He is neutered and is wearing a black collar with no tags. He has been on his own for a long time. We are still on the scene and don't know if he is injured yet, but we need to help him. Please help us find a place to take him. I already have 18 rescue animals and can't keep him. Please someone let me know where to take him. 813-957-4784.

We do not have the money to help him. Can anyone recommend anywhere to take her? We are in Brandon at Animal Emergency Clinic, but we cannot afford initial workup.
