  Looking for recommendations on a restaurant to have dinner at for (at this time approx 15-20 ppl) in the Irwin - Gbg area next month. Not the Arena & not Double Wide. We are not happy with the past experience. In Aug we had a B-Day outing with 15 ppl. I made reservations about a week prior for the Arena. This was a Friday evening. The place was less than half full. It took about an hour to get our food. The waitress complained about the kitchen &her night in general and was NOT friendly in the least. After that we went to the Double Wide for drinks. At about 9:30 Now we did a thrift store clothing swap party.. Did we look silly? Sure. But we weren't loud or anything...we walked in about 10pm and each got a drink and sat at two tables at the bar. Immediately a hostess came over and asked us all if we could move our party outside so that they could seat ppl who came in for dinner. There was no-one waiting to be seated.. There were plenty of empty tables and it was 930 at night. None of us were too happy. We are pretty sure it was our ridiculous clothing and honestly felt really discriminated against. Before anybody says "I go to these places all the time and never had a bad experience " I had been to these places prior with no issues but now am looking for somewhere else.. Ty
