  Hello and a happy New Year first of all! For a project I´m working on I´m looking for a nice cosy restaurant in Prague where the owner and majority of staff are also foreigners (aka expats or immigrants) and serve food from their homecountry. The best would be something rather new, exotic for Czechs (perhaps asian or latinamerican cuisine? But I´m open to anything cool), not too big, with delicious and authentic food and -that´s a very important point- with the owner or somebody from the staff willing to share their knowledge about the served food, the origin and history of the dishes, culture and traditions from their homecontry etc (ideally in Czech, English, Spanish or Portuguese, but in case of other languages I´m able to find an interpreter).
