  I highly recommend Chantel Ray Real Estate team. I've used her company to sell and to buy homes in Va Beach. She works all over the Hampton Roads area and has won Best Of the Beach numerous times for her service and expertise. I met her at church over 10 yrs ago and respect her immensely.   Check out www.chantelray.com. I don't know if they do exactly what you are looking for but you could give them a call and see. We know a lot of people who have used her and she usually gets results pretty quick.
