  Kristy B. wrote: Stay clear from this company , hired them and the first time they came they insist on a deep clean and charge by their person by the hour ! We were not home and we were told based on how many people they sent we owed over 700!!! I would have never paid that if they were upfront on how much it would cost me . They cleaned places we would never ask for or expect like the garage stairs or under bathroom cabinets, my daughters shoe closet . The worst part is they locked our poor cat in the bedroom for the whole weekend - no food no water or litter box and we came home to cat poop and pee that we had to clean and could tell the cat was scared and traumatized . While she was locked in the room she tried to claw her way out of the newly installed carpet , ruining it . Notified the owner right away when we got home and was told she would take 100 off the cleaning since we had to scrub and clean the pee and poop from carpets , and she would pay for the repair . Fast forward to when it was time to replace the carpet she told me we waited to long and doesn't believe we need to replace full carpet to fix the damage and it's case closed on her side . I asked for a refund on that original cleaning and was told no to that as well . Case closed ! So now my family is out the money for that new carpet . Would never recommend her to anyone . Asked several times to call me but would not - would only text . Other things have also gotten damaged while they were here and scratches on my hardwood floors where I would send pictures to have to prove . They don't like hearing from clients if they concerns or issues . As she stated case closed !
