NuSkinnovation started about 3 years ago when Nicolene Pelster (owner) went for her first IPL treatment. Stunned and ecstatic about the results achieved on a similar machine, Sparked a thirst, to do more research on the subject. The look and feel of ones skin after treatment, as well as the added benefits; freckles that had disappeared after only one session rendered me speechless. Three years spent on research, followed by studies and now a qualified Ellipse operator. The latest machine, called the Ellipse Sirius, the first and only one of its kind in South Africa.

If I’m correct, a tattoo parlour/ artist may only tattoo a minor if the guardian is there and signs a consent form. Is this right? Also, where is the best place to have the tattoo removed?
