  Hi Nathan, I can cut and fit your blinds for you if you like... I run my own Window Blind business, Bellini Blinds, covering Chester and Northwich, so no problem to pop round and sort your blinds out for you. I'm guessing that they are wooden Venetian blinds as you say they can be cut down? I have the saw for the job, so not a problem.
