  While the web page does not explicitly indicate the processing of CFL's (or other fluorescent bulbs), I would believe based upon the list of electronics that they do accept, that the electronics waste bins at Annapolis Public Works would accept CFL's. The issue with CFL's (and all other fluorescent bulbs) is the presence of mercury (nasty, toxic stuff) in the bulbs, and the list of things that they do accept may contain that, and far, far worse nasties. http://www.aacounty.org/departments/public-works/waste-management/recycling/electronics/
