  ISO local children's doctor. Fed up with my child's current pediatrician, my child is on a controlled substance and there was a snag with insurance (which has been fixed, but doctor won't be paid for 21 business days) so now her doctor refuses to see her & won't call in her script or even a script to taper her off her meds.
