    Can anyone recommend a good hair stylist (cut and highlights) near 249/Louetta area? Someone that doesn't charge a small fortune for what they do? I have kind of fine,straight, shoulder length hair and am soooo tired of paying $150 for very underwhelming hair results:( Thanks for any suggestions!
