Smelt Feed & Pet Supply, Inc. was established in 1944 as Richards Feed Company. It became known by it's current name in when the Smelt family purchased it in 1981. Since then it has continued to grow becoming a fixture in the Tampa community. Having built long lasting relationships with friends and customers, Smelt Feed & Pet Supply is not just a store but a piece of Tampa's history.
Our motto is "Everything from earthworms to elephants". Whether you have a family pet, a farm or zoo, we are here to help!
Products include: Exotic animal feed, Livestock feed, Bird seed, Dog and Cat food, Bedding, specialty animal supplies, and select lawn and garden supplies. If, by chance, we don't have what you need we are happy to provide assistance with special orders.
