  Hey guys I have really really bad knees that have no cartilage and have an autoimmune disease and my knees are getting worse where it's affecting everything I do. It's more pain more pain I didn't think I could be in any moreextremely pain that I am already in and nobody will do anything. Need to know if anyone knows a doctor who will do knee replacements 4 people who are in their forties because I can't go on for another 10 years like this .I mean I'm suffering tremendously when it could help quite a bit I think if we stop and it would do me a whole lot of good so does anybody know if there's a orthopedist that will do it you know in your mid like 43 to mid-forties please let me know and if anybody has a good house cleaner that would also be great I'm looking for one and I need them to do my house I'm disabled and I need help badly thank you
