They had a good reputation for a long time as being customer friendly, but that has changed,. Getting my 2022 taxes completed were difficult, and the price I paid for the work performed was astronomical. Now with them failing to provide any information to help me with my audit, they are also unable to follow up with basic requests to file my 20233 taxes. I have had to change accountants. Since changing accountants, I realized that the price they were charging for my taxes were over twice the going rate. I confirmed this with 3 different accounting firms.
