  I recently went to Szechuan Open Kitchen in Gresham, based on recommendations (http://szechuanopenkitchen.net/index.html) on this page, and was pleasantly surprised at the number of GF options, which are clearly marked on the menu. It's not fancy, but it's clean, and the food and service were good. Another plus - it's across the parking from Liberated Baking, where you can go for dessert, if they're still open when you go.
