  pending that training, you might want to see if either of these PF PT specialists has trained/can recommend anyone in Austin: www.clearpassage.com (i don't think they have), www.pelvicpainrehab.com (likely they can), and isa herrera (www.renewpt.com) who trained some of those i've been impressed with here. will also ask here and lye if i find any reco's. xo S
