Advice Please! Anonymous Repost. I have had chronic back/hip pain issues for about two years. No diagnosis per se. I am trying whole-heartedly to be as natural and organic as possible. I have made modifications in my diet, go to a chiropractor regularly, and recently started acupuncture, which has been helpful. I continue to have REALLY tight muscles. Can anyone recommend any teas, essential oils, other things that might be helpful in reducing the inflammation in my body?? TIA!!!
