  IDK of any but I do know of a place that will do your dental work at a lower rate they will charge you only what medicaid would pay them to do the work, they do require you to pay at the time of service...you could call and get a quote? It is called Salt Lake City Family Dental Plan 168 North 1950 West, Suite 202 801-715-3400. Love you hope you get better! And if anything maybe go to the ER to get it removed?
