I'm getting married in September west of Fort Worth area (right between Azle and Weatherford) and will be having an open bar. As such, I want to ensure that my friends and family enjoy themselves fully and make it home safely. The area is not serviced by Uber, and I've called a few places in the metroplex to see about transportation, but they seem to be more expensive since they have to drive a ways to my venue. What I'll need is transportation for about 75-100 guests from the hotel in Weatherford to the venue between 3p-4p, and then back to the hotel between 11p-12a. It's about 13mi/22min from hotel to venue one way. My initial thought was talk to a taxi/car company and inform them of my needs; and if they could have cars available to transport my guests to and from the venue at the appropriate times. Maybe work a deal out for cab fare since it's a lot of guaranteed business. But so far the only options I'm seeing are renting large buses. If anyone knows a local Weatherford company (or surrounding area) that I could talk to, that would be ideal. None of the hotels I have called have buses/vans/shuttles available, so I'm having to look at private companies.
