  Twin cities ortho in Maple Grove has free yoga classes for all levels, and the best part is you do NOT need to be a patient of theirs to attend the classes. All the info is on their website tcomn.com

  Twin Cities Orthopedics is where I had my knee surgery last year, any doc there would be good, but I saw Dr. Vorlicky. TCO also has physical therapy locations all over the cities. http://www.tcomn.com/
