Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
I was born and raised in Memphis, TN. I worked for my father when I was younger just for a little extra money, he was also in this business. I later ran his company, Moriarty Heating, until I decided to branch out and start my own. So I started MasterTechs, Inc.
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
As a homeowner, I know there is nothing more frustrating than when something in your house doesn't work. Whether it be your Air Conditioning on a 95 degree day or no hot water in the morning. There is never a convenient time for that stuff to go out. I enjoy taking care of those issues and Exceeding customers expectations of Quality, Timeliness, and Cost.
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
I named this company MasterTechs to express that when you call you will get a Master technician to service your needs, not someone that may "just know a few things" . So many companies out there, even some of the larger reputable companies, hire guys off the street that have no or little formal training or experience and call him a technician. Thats not how it should be and thats not how we operate.
