  You should check out Descendant, Chris Getchell and his team make an amazing pie with cheese that is carmelized and an amazing crust, my fav is the sausage, onion and peppers, another one that I haven't had in a while you should look into is Pizza Thick, I actually opened it and sold the shop last Dec, I tried to make it like the thick pizza I grew up in Regina, the recipes have lightened up since I sold it, you will like https://www.facebook.com/HoustonPizza/ , google them if you want to see an amazing old school thick pizza, but they are only on the prairies. Also Double D is opening on gerrard and are meant to be Chicago pizza. Cheers, Barry
